How do I practice Vedic Meditation?
Sit comfortably in a chair for 20 minutes twice a day - once in the morning and once in the evening. During Vedic Meditation, the mind and body settle down into their least excited state. This phenomena triggers a deep and profound state of restfulness.
Have the benefits of meditation been proven by science?
Yes. There are hundreds of published scientific research studies that verify and validate the benefits of meditation in every area of an individual's life including: mind, body, behavior and environment - all of these benefits can be measured physically.
How long is the Vedic Meditation course?
About 5 hours total: the standard course is run over 4 consecutive days (and sometimes over a weekend) with each segment lasting approximately 60-90 minutes. By the end of the course, you will be a completely self-sufficient meditator.
